Every Indeevari piece ships free and fully insured, door to door, and arrives in packaging that gives nothing away. Here is how delivery works in the United States and in India.

Where we ship
We ship within the United States from our US office and within India from our India office (your invoice names the company you bought from — Indeevari Inc in the US, Kameswari Forever Jewellery in India). We do not currently ship to other countries; if you are elsewhere, write to us and we will let you know what is possible.
When your piece will ship
- Ready-stock pieces held in the US dispatch within 3–5 business days of payment.
- Ready-stock pieces held in India take an additional 1–2 weeks to bring to the US before dispatch. We will tell you which applies when you order.
- Custom and made-to-order pieces take approximately 6–8 weeks from confirmation of your advance, plus transit. We keep you updated through production.
You will receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp on dispatch.
How it ships
United States
By FedEx with Adult Signature Required, insured through Jewelers Mutual. Transit is typically 1–3 business days.
Please provide a residential address. We do not ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders, hotels or parcel lockers.
An adult aged 21 or over must be present to sign and may be asked for government photo ID. The courier will not leave the parcel with a neighbour or release it on a door tag or online authorisation.
India
By Sequel or BVC Logistics, both specialist secure-jewellery carriers. Transit is typically 2–5 business days depending on location.
The recipient must show a government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN card, Voter ID, driving licence or passport) matching the name on the order.
A PAN is required by law for purchases above ₹2,00,000.
On delivery
Please inspect the outer box before signing. If it appears opened, crushed or tampered with, refuse the delivery and contact us the same day. Once a parcel is signed for in good condition, our insurance ends and we cannot accept claims for missing or damaged contents.
Your piece arrives in Indeevari presentation packaging, sealed inside a plain courier box. Nothing on the outside identifies the sender as a jeweller or the contents as jewellery.
If you miss the delivery
The courier will make up to three delivery attempts. After that the parcel is held at a local courier facility for collection for a limited period (usually 5–10 business days) before being returned to us. If a parcel is returned because it could not be delivered or collected, re-shipping costs are payable by you.
Changing the delivery address
You can change the shipping address free of charge any time before your order is marked “Shipped”. After dispatch, address changes, redirects, reschedules or holds are at the courier’s discretion and may incur additional charges, which are payable by you.
