1. Who we are
Indeevari is operated by two companies. Indeevari Inc, a Washington corporation, is responsible for your information if you are in the United States. Kameswari Forever Jewellery (“KFJ”) is responsible if you are in India. “Indeevari”, “we” and “us” mean whichever company applies to you. Because our team and operations span both countries, your information may be transferred between the United States and India; we protect it the same way in both.

2. SMS / text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your mobile number and consent status only with vendors who help us deliver text messages, such as our messaging platform and phone carriers, and only for that purpose.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Indeevari, including order updates, appointment reminders and customer-care messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help or contact us at contact@indeevari.com.
3. What information we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery and billing address, the pieces you are interested in, measurements and design preferences for custom work, occasion details (such as a wedding date), identification details required for delivery or by law (for example PAN in India), and anything you share with us in chat, WhatsApp, email or on a video consultation.
Payment information. We accept bank transfer and, for card and online payments, use third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers. Payment details you enter are handled by the payment processor under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. When you visit indeevari.com we and our service providers collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on site, referring website and similar usage data, using cookies and tracking tools described in section 7. If you use our website chat, the chat tool records the conversation and your browsing session.
Video consultations. Video calls take place over Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp video and are not recorded. We may keep notes of the pieces discussed.
4. How we use your information
We use your information to: respond to enquiries and provide quotes; take and fulfil orders, including manufacturing, delivery, customs and insurance; verify identity where the law or our courier requires it; process payments and refunds; provide warranty and after-sales care; send order and service messages; send you news, new collections and offers if you have not opted out; understand how our website and advertising perform; prevent fraud; and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Marketing texts can be stopped by replying STOP. WhatsApp marketing can be stopped by telling us in the chat. We will still send transactional messages about orders you have placed.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who work for us — business and CRM software, messaging and chat tools, payment processors, couriers and insurers, our workshops and craftsmen to the extent needed to make your piece, and IT and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners — Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google, as described in section 7.
- Between Indeevari Inc and KFJ, so that either company can serve you wherever your piece is made or shipped.
- Authorities and professional advisers, where the law requires it or to protect our rights, and a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganised.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above. Order, invoice and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 7 years). Enquiry and marketing data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer useful, or sooner if you ask us to and we have no legal reason to keep it.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:
- Essential — to run the website, remember your basket and keep you signed in.
- Analytics — Google Analytics and similar tools help us see how the website is used and where visitors come from.
- Advertising — the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and Google Ads tags, let us measure our advertising and show you relevant Indeevari ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google. These tools may match your activity on our site to your account on those platforms.
- Customer-list matching — we may also upload contact details of customers and enquirers (such as name, email address and phone number) to Meta and Google in hashed form so that we can show Indeevari ads to those customers, or to people with similar interests, on those platforms. Meta and Google use this only to match against their own users and do not receive it in readable form. You can opt out of this at any time by emailing contact@indeevari.com with “Do not use my data for advertising”, and we will remove you from future uploads.
You can control cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Meta ad personalisation in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings, and opt out of Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the website working.
8. Your rights and choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email contact@indeevari.com; we will respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity first. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
If you are a California resident, you have the rights described above under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete and correct; we do not sell personal information. We do “share” it, as California law defines that term, with Meta and Google for advertising through the tools and customer-list matching described in section 7. You have the right to opt out of this sharing: email contact@indeevari.com with “Do not sell or share my personal information”, or use the opt-outs in section 7. If you are in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 to access, correct and erase your data and to withdraw consent.
9. Security
We use reputable, access-controlled systems, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited staff access to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes will be announced on the website or by email.
