We want you to love what you receive. If a ready-stock piece isn’t right, you have 7 days to exchange or return it; and every Indeevari piece, for as long as you own it, can be exchanged or upgraded under our Lifetime Exchange.

This page forms part of our Terms & Conditions; where the two differ, this page governs returns and exchanges. Returns are domestic: US orders return to our US office, India orders to our India office (your invoice names the company you bought from — Indeevari Inc in the US, Kameswari Forever Jewellery in India). We do not accept returns internationally.
1. 7-day returns on ready-stock pieces
If you buy a ready-stock piece and it is not right, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method. This applies to orders in both the United States and India.
To qualify, the piece must be:
- unworn, undamaged and unaltered — not resized, repaired or worked on by anyone other than Indeevari;
- returned in its original packaging with all tags; and
- accompanied by the original certificate (where one was issued) and the invoice.
Contact us at contact@indeevari.com or +1 425 600 5599 before sending anything back. We will issue a return authorisation and a prepaid, insured shipping label. Do not ship a return without a label from us; uninsured or unauthorised returns are at your risk.
The first return from any order ships free. If you return further pieces from the same order, return shipping is at your cost. Pack the piece securely and hand it to the courier with the label.
2. What is not returnable
- Custom and made-to-order pieces, including anything personalised, engraved or made to your measurements or instructions. Cancellation terms for custom orders are in section 6 of the Terms & Conditions.
- Gold coins and bars.
- Pieces that show wear, damage or alteration, or are returned without the certificate.
- Pieces returned after the 7-day window — see Lifetime Exchange below.
3. How refunds are calculated
When your return arrives, our quality team inspects it, normally within 3 business days. If it meets the conditions above, you choose how to receive the value:
Exchange or store credit
The full amount you paid, as shown on the invoice, with no fee. Store credit never expires.
Refund to original payment method
The amount you paid less a 5% restocking fee, which covers insured shipping both ways and inspection. Waived if the return is because of our error or a manufacturing defect.
If a discount, coupon or promotional code was applied, the value is based on the discounted price, not the list price. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of approval; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
If a returned piece does not meet the conditions, we will tell you why, with photographs, and offer to send it back to you or to treat it under Lifetime Exchange instead. If the original certificate is missing, we can recertify the diamond at an independent laboratory before processing the return; the laboratory fee and shipping are deducted from the refund.
4. Exchanges within 7 days
You may exchange a qualifying ready-stock piece for any other piece with no fee. If the new piece costs more, you pay the difference before it is dispatched; if it costs less, the difference is held as store credit or refunded less the 5% fee on that portion. Shipping of the replacement piece is free.

5. Lifetime Exchange
Beyond the 7-day window, every Indeevari piece can be exchanged or upgraded at any time, in both the United States and India. Bring or send us the piece and choose something new; we credit the value of your existing piece toward it as follows:

Lifetime Exchange credit can be used only toward a new purchase of equal or higher value; it is not paid out in cash. Making charges, stone-setting charges, taxes and duties paid on the original piece are not credited. Shipping for Lifetime Exchange is at your cost, and the piece must be sent insured. The original invoice helps us process the exchange quickly but is not required if we can identify the piece from our records. Valuations are made by Indeevari in good faith and we will explain how we reached the figure; if you do not accept it, we will return the piece to you.
6. Questions and disputes
Most issues are resolved with a conversation. Contact contact@indeevari.com first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved is governed by section 12 of the Terms & Conditions (Washington State law for US orders, Indian law for India orders). Nothing on this page limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
